Just as we need complete financial information on your business in order for buyers to make an intelligent buying decision, we require potential buyers to provide proof of financial ability to acquire your business.

Under the Business Brokers Network® system, the CONFIDENTIALITY of the business, the business owner and the prospective buyer are all strictly maintained. Business Listings do not provide the name or location of the business. To obtain a detailed business profile of a listing for review, the prospective buyer must submit a Buyer Financial Statement Form. When proof of financial competence to meet the down-payment requirement is provided and a Confidentiality Agreement is signed, all relevant information concerning the business is then placed at the disposal of the buyer. In order to obtain this information, a personal or corporate financial statement must be presented to the affiliate.

Prospective Buyers that are interested in obtaining a detailed business profile on any of the Business Listings on this web site may obtain the Confidentiality Agreement Form and Buyer Financial Statement Form by printing out the forms, completing them and faxing or mailing a signed copy to Alexander & Associates. In order for the Confidentiality Agreement to be valid, the listing number of the business described on this web site must be entered.
